The __Host-stagehub_customer cookie maintains customer sign-in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite protected. A normal session lasts at most eight hours; a temporary-password session lasts 15 minutes. Signing out or changing a password ends the session.
Staff session
The separate __Host-stagehub_staff cookie maintains staff sign-in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite protected. A normal session lasts at most eight hours; a temporary-password session lasts 15 minutes. Signing out, changing the password or disabling the account ends access.
Other services
Staff sign-in and external services may use their own technical cookies. WhatsApp links open an external service.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use personalised advertising cookies. This information and preference controls will be reviewed before optional tracking is introduced.
