Privacy and personal data
We use information supplied through this site and customer portal to assess requests, provide services and administer customer accounts.
Information we process
Contact details, company and billing details, project descriptions, uploaded service documents, account access records and limited security logs.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and an alternative manager sign-in, with Cloudflare database and file storage. Email delivery uses Resend when configured. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link.
Customer account security
Customer access uses the email registered on the customer account and a password. Temporary passwords expire after 48 hours and must be changed at first login. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. Changing a password revokes existing sessions.
Staff account security
Only managers can create staff accounts. Staff use an email address and a separate portal password. Temporary passwords expire after 48 hours and must be changed at first login. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Reset links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. Disabling an account or changing its email or password revokes its sessions. Customer and staff sessions are separate.
Retention and requests
Records are retained according to the service relationship and applicable accounting requirements. Contact info@stagehubtech.com to request access, correction or deletion; identity or company authority may need to be verified.
